StayBangla is an online platform that connects guests with hosts offering unique Bed & Breakfast (B&B) properties across Bangladesh. Guests can browse, book, and review properties, while hosts can list and manage their properties.

You can create an account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage. You’ll need to provide your email address, create a password, and choose whether you’re a Guest or Host.

To book a property, search for available listings by entering your destination, travel dates, and number of guests. Once you find a property you like, click on "Book Now", enter your payment details, and confirm your booking.

To list your property, log in as a Host, go to your profile, and select “Add Property.” Fill in the required details, including location, price, availability, and amenities. Once submitted, the property will be reviewed by StayBangla’s admin team for approval.

You can cancel a booking by going to your booking history, selecting the booking you want to cancel, and clicking "Cancel Booking." Depending on the host's cancellation policy, you may be eligible for a refund.

Each host sets their own cancellation policy, which you can view before booking. Please read the policy carefully to understand the terms for cancellations and any potential fees or refunds.

StayBangla accepts payments via SSLCommerz, which supports credit/debit cards and mobile payment options. We are continuously working to offer more payment methods.

Yes! StayBangla uses SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal information, including payment details, is securely transmitted. We also have secure login procedures and data protection measures to keep your data safe.

After your stay, you will be prompted to leave a review for the property. You can rate the property on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide feedback based on your experience. Your review will be visible to other guests and the host.

Yes, as long as you have the property owner's permission to list the property, you can become a host. Ensure you have the proper rights to manage bookings and payments on behalf of the property owner.
